I joined Coldwell Banker commercial CRA LLC in 2010 and I handle general types of real estate focusing on the St. Charles area, including sales and leasing of office, industrial, retail and land for development.
Prior to joining CBC, I was the Director of Economic Development for the City of St. Charles for 16 years and was instrumental in the construction of over 8,000,000 square feet of industrial and commercial space.
My knowledge of incentives for development include Tax Increment Financing (TIF), Transportation Development Districts (TDD), Community Improvement Districts (CID), Historic Tax Credit and Missouri Quality Jobs are valuable to business.
