About Us

This February 14, 2009 marked the anniversary of 50 years of service to our community. The first school year serving students began in the fall of 1959 utilizing facilities in three area schools. The current main campus of the district at 2165 Highway V was purchased in the fall of 1959 with a building open to serve students in the fall of 1960. The district is proud of our tradition and is working with a committee of volunteers to organize four community events in the 2009-2010 school year to celebrate our 50th anniversary.
