The AMAC Foundation, Inc., established in July 2013, emerged in response to the desires of the Association of Mature Americans (AMAC) members for a dedicated nonprofit organization focused exclusively on addressing the needs of America's older citizens. With the IRS granting tax-exempt nonprofit status as a 501(c)(3) Foundation, the organization embarked on a mission to serve and support seniors across the nation. The foundation's early efforts included launching informative websites on topics like Social Security and Medicare, conducting seminars on critical issues, and hosting significant events like the 2014 Health Care Symposium. A highlight was the creation of a certified Social Security Advisory Service in 2016, all aimed at providing seniors with reliable guidance and support.
