About Us

The Forx Builders Association, chartered in 1966, is a non-profit professional trade association comprised of builders and associate members representing related building industries. Affiliated with the North Dakota Association of Builders, Builder’s Association of Minnesota and the National Association of Home Builders, our mission is to address the building requirements, interests and education of our membership in order to provide quality construction to consumers in northeast North Dakota and northwest Minnesota.

However, we are still responsible for paying taxes on unrelated business income. Examples of this income is interest and marketing fees from Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota,Citizens Security Group, and Cenex.

Each member is automatically a member of NAHB and NDAB as a portion of their dues are paid each month to these organizations. NAHB receives $150 per member and NDAB receives $70. This helps those organizations monitor state and national legislation that could impact the building industry.
