About Us
Born and raised in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, Dr. Adames completed medical school and his surgical residency at Pedro Henriquez Urena National University and Armed Forces Hospital.He then relocated to Philadelphia, Pa., where he completed his surgical rotation. He went on to complete his Internal Medicine residency at Woodhull Medical Center in Brooklyn, N.Y.
For the past 12 years, he has worked with South Georgia Medical Center as a physician at Convenient Care Valdosta and in the Emergency Department. Dr. Adames has over 20 years experience in Medicine. He is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and is a member of the American Medical Association and the American College of Physicians.
Dr. Adames enjoys traveling and is an exercise enthusiast. He enjoys spending his free time with his family and is fluent in English and Spanish.
