The Vernal Area Chamber of Commerce Civic Health Committee and Ashley Regional Medical Center are pleased to join with the Tri-County Safe Kids Chapter , and Uintah County Emergency Management Office to bring a combined Health Beat Health Fair, Safe Kids Fair, and Emergency Preparedness Fair to our community.

The Health Beat & Emergency Preparedness Fair will be on Saturday May 1st from 9:00am- 1:00pm at Western Park Ice Rink

Booth spaces are available for $75, space includes one 1 foot table, 2 chairs, and electrical access.
 

Sponsorships are available for $250, and include 2 (10x10) booth spaces, a 2’x3’ banner hung at the fair, your company logo included in all advertising.
 

Vendors are encouraged to dispense information on products & services, or advertise health and emergency response related items.
 

Sponsorships must be received at the Chamber office by April 16th!
Booths may be reserved until April 23rd, unless all booth space fills early.

The Uintah Recreation District is once again gearing up for the Heath Fair with a 5K race the morning of May 1st, 2010. This race is an important part of the Health Fair, because the Recreation District has some great ideas for encouraging the racers to head on over to the fair after the race.
They collect donations for prizes such as golf passes, movie tickets, Community Center Punch passes, gift certificates and gift cards to your favorite places, and much more! They hold a drawing at the fair to give the prizes away after the race!
 

We invite your company to join in and donate an item to be given away as a prize at the fair!
