• To accomplish that, my mission is to build long-term relationships with my clients as a trusted advisor. I achieve this by thoroughly understanding their financial situation, desires and concerns; putting their interests first; helping them take action on important issues; and by the integrity of my word and deed.
• I understand that my clients rely on my advise for their financial well-being, and I am aware of the profound responsibility this entails.
• I employ a Defensive Investing(TM) approach to help clients grow and protect their retirement assets. The goal of Defensive Investing(TM) is to make money and keep it! This approach stems from many years of personal experience and insight and from the realization that losses can dramatically affect a client's financial security more significantly than may be initially apparent. I believe that the key to long-term success may depend more on the skillful management of investment risk than on trying to maximize gains.
• My focus is on individuals age 50 and over who are in the crucial retirement zone - the 10 years before retirement and 10 years after retirement begins - arguably the most critical time in a person's investment life. The decisions about how retirement assets will be managed and what retirement income strategies to implement may determine their financial security for the rest of their lives.
• I constantly look for ways to improve my clients' financial circumstances and bring these opportunities to their attention.
