Lindamood-Bell is an organization dedicated to enhancing human learning. We were founded by the authors of critically acclaimed programs that teach children and adults to read, spell, comprehend and express language. Our programs stimulate basic sensory functions related to learning and are recognized as being effective on the symptoms of dyslexia, hyperlexia, and learning difficulties in general. Our programs specifically develop:Reading, Spelling, Math, Writing, Phonemic Awareness, Imagery, Critical Thinking, Study Skills, Reading Comprehension, Listening Comprehension, Following Directions, and Academic Performance.
Our Leaning Center offers one-to-one instruction, which often produces years of learning gain in an average of 6-8 weeks of intensive instruction. Countless lives have been changed by our services.
If you know someone who has difficulty in learning, I strongly encourage you to 1) Schedule a diagnostic evaluation to determine his/her strengths and weaknesses, and 2) schedule daily instructional sessions.
