In Art I the students are studying color theory and Impressionism. They are learning to mix colors and paint in the Impressionist style with loose brushstrokes, showing the effects of light and atmosphere on their subjects.

Mrs. Renee Shurling’s  4th grade had a fantastic visit to our State’s Capitol and met Governor Deal and Representative Jackson! Mrs. Shurling’s  class has spent several weeks learning about the state of Georgia . They have learned about the landforms, government, history, and climate.  What a wonderful day!
