Stacey Brenner is a skilled professional with decades of experience working in the public and private sectors, managing government initiatives, political campaigns, and complex land use entitlement projects. Her technical expertise combined with a finely honed understanding of public processes provides clients with the strategic guidance necessary to achieve their goals.
Stacey’s expertise is grounded in a thorough understanding of CEQA requirements, regulatory schedules, and the management of complex and simultaneous project elements. She has helped to entitle millions of square feet of development for public entities such as the Los Angeles Unified School District and for private companies seeking to build everything from shopping centers to residences. In addition to providing a knowledgeable review of technical documents, Stacey designs and executes governmental and public outreach programs as an integral part of an overall entitlement strategy.
