Coming from the world of fine dining enables us to create and execute remarkable cuisine. From Pacific Rim to French to regional American, we bring a unique fusion of flavors, textures, and spices to our cuisine.
We also offer our clients the ability to work with us on their Glatt Kosher Events. Working with Rabbi Moshe Avila, we have our kitchen koshered before their event and work with this step by step in the Kosher Product ordering and preparations.

Global Cuisine by Gary Arabia was created on July 4, 2000. The response has been more than unbelievable to his culinary talents, none of which takes away from the modesty of the man who started out watching his mother in the kitchen as a child. Whether you are at Gary's beautiful restaurant located on the lot of studios in West Hollywood, his Gourmet Marketplace Café GC Marketplace, or an event that he has produced, you can be sure that you will be relaxed and comfortable because you are in the hands of a remarkably talented man who loves what he does and has made event production into a "global" art form.
