At CECLC, we believe that children learn best through experience and play. We strive to observe and provide opportunities for growth in all areas of development - cognitive, emotional, physical, and social. Our approach emphasizes positive reinforcement over punitive discipline to promote healthy self-esteem and inner control over behavior.
Established in 1982 as Creative Environment Day Care Inc., our nonsectarian full-day care center has been committed to providing quality care for children as they develop physically, socially, emotionally, and intellectually. In 1997, we moved into a new facility specifically designed for use as a childcare center with the support of public grants and local contributors.
We are licensed to provide full-day childcare services for infants through school-age children from 6 weeks old to 12 years old. Our operating hours are Monday through Friday from 6:30 am to 6:00 pm.
