We believe that long-term changes are achieved through a combination of three things. A fitness program built around your goals, consistent (not perfect) healthy eating, and a community of like-minded individuals.
At BearFitness our motto is “Your Fitness. Your Results”! With this in mind we have created a variety of workout programs built meet your needs!
BODYFIT BOOT CAMP
This group class is a constantly varied, full body workout performed at high intensity to help you build body-weight strength and endurance while promoting fat loss and toning up. The 40-60 minute classes are professionally coached and include a warm-up, workout and cool down. BodyFit classes have a welcoming community of like-minded individuals and are suitable for all ability levels
Yoga classes are a fusion of Vinyasa and Iyengar traditions into one 60 minute sequence to help build a strong foundation of postures while also offering opportunities to move deeper, challenge yourself, and soak in all of the healing and strengthening benefits that yoga has to offer.
We’ve been an established CrossFit affiliate (CrossFit White Bear) since 2011 and our CrossFit classes are professionally programmed and ran by experienced CrossFit coaches. CrossFit classes focus on improving your strength and conditioning by using constantly varied movements that are athletic in nature and performed at high intensity. These classes aim to not only help you look better, but to be prepared for all the day has to offer! Classes are an hour in duration and include a warm-up, workout and additional after class mobility and accessory.
Creating an environment where our members can meet like-minded individuals is a foundation to BearFitness. With this in mind we have a variety of group classes and on-site and off-site events that are fitness related or just for fun!
We also believe that being involved in the local community is as important as working with our clients within the gym. Through the help of our team and our clients we have raised money for a variety of causes and have been able to raise approximately $50,000 for charities such as Wounded Warrior Project, 31 Heroes, Wod 4 Dogs, Wiggle Your Toes and several local schools.
