This year an extremely important court case took place in California; Vergara–vs–California, which struck down teacher tenure. This case could have a profound impact on teacher tenure laws across the country, including Minnesota. Marcellus McRae, the co-lead counsel in the case who gave the closing arguments, will address our Chamber membership.
