For those of you who don't know, the Women in Business group provides the women at Solid Ground with a new purse filled with goodies each year for their Christmas program. We collect all the items and will have a special luncheon in November to stuff and present them. Purses can be dropped off at the Chamber office or contact Maureen at 651-429-8593 to arrange for pickup. They appreciate your support! BEAR'ly Open Chamber Members, Planning for the 2016 BEAR'ly Open Golf On Ice Event is now underway, and we would love to have you join us on the planning committee. We are always in search of “new blood” to supply new and creative ideas and energy and help the event continue to grow. Our goal is to achieve $1 million worth of food purchased for the WBL Emergency Food Shelf and we would love for you to be a part of the effort. Our group meets on Friday mornings at City Hall from November to January. We are a fun group and you never have to set foot outside in the cold if you don’t want to!
