Imagine Jane Doe, a business professional of A Great Company, recycles a first draft of a report in the recycling bin under her desk. That night, the report is collected by cleaning staff and taken to a collective paper recycling container. From there, the report and other recycled papers are taken by a hauler to a material recovery facility. Once tipped, all of the paper is sorted. White Bear Area Chamber Adopt A Highway Clean-Up Earth Day, Saturday, April 22nd 9:00am Join us on Earth Day, Saturday, April 22 to beautify Highway 61. Since 1990 the White Bear Area Chamber has been an "Adopt A Highway"sponsor, cleaning up a 2 mile stretch of Highway 61 that runs through the downtown area of White Bear Lake. We thought that Earth Day is a perfect day to show some love this beautiful area we live in! We start the day at 9:00 am at the Chamber office with rolls & juice, watch a short safety video, get vests, gloves, trash pickers and bags, then hit the road.
