8th Annual Purse Drive
The WBA Chamber Women in Business Group (WIB) is again sponsoring the women tenants of Solid Ground. For the 8th year, the WIB will present each of the 35 women at Solid Ground with a new handbag filled with a variety of items.
Solid Ground helps prevent and end homelessness for families with children through housing, resources and opportunity. It is the intention of the WIB to extend our hands in helping other women in need, increasing morale and self-esteem. It truly is amazing how a new handbag can make someone feel.
To donate a handbag (preferable new & “mom” size) or items/goodies (35 of each) to stuff into them, please contact Maureen at the Chamber office at 651.429.8593 or
maureen@whitebearchamber.com. You can also drop your donations at the Chamber office located at 4751 Highway 61, White Bear Lake, Monday—Friday between 9am and 4pm.
