A public-private partnership program that provides affordable financing and grants to
small businesses along the County Road E Corridor or Downtown White Bear Lake for
property improvements. 

Almost everyone, at some point, has attempted to make a behavioral change of some sort in their life. This presentation encourages participants to identify at least one personal wellness goal and will be asked to use a worksheet to learn and understand how to make SMART goals, breakdown common obstacles, and identify action steps. Additionally, ten key tips will be shared to assist participants in achieving their goals quicker.
