You will have the opportunity to see the almost finished interior as well as hear from Rob Thomas, Executive Director. The lobby is amazing and the auditoriums are perfect for all performances. We just might get to SEE, not touch their brand new Steinway Grand Piano. Remember your business cards!

Sometimes taking a break from work is the best way to be more productive. NYFS Mental Health therapist Emily Bade will teach quick, simple and easy-to-learn mindfulness techniques that will help participants de-stress, increase their mental clarity and re-focus on their goals. Most techniques require no special equipment and can be practiced at your desk. Space is limited and registration is required HERE.
