Rethink Recycling

BIZ RECYCLING PROGRAM: CHAMBER MEMBER SPOTLIGHT
Hummingbird Floral and Gifts
Through a recycling grant received from Ramsey County through the Minnesota Waste Wise Foundation in 2016, Hummingbird Floral and Gifts implemented a recycling program that is unique in the floral industry, Lugene Olson, owner and designer said. “Really understanding how much you can really recycle is amazing,” she noted. “Literally in one week, we went from being a mass garbage producer to two trash cans per week.” If Styrofoam could be recycled, she added, the trash would not even fill one can. Click HERE to read more from the White Bear Press article. Contact Tom Snell for more information about how your business can benefit from BIZ RECYCLING.
