NEW ANGEL LOAN FUND– Share with interested startup businesses!
The loans will help entrepreneurs with funding to start, expand, and sustain new businesses in Minnesota. The new $6.7 million Angel Loan Fund will provide no-interest loans of up to $250,000 for startup businesses

We own the Mathnasium located in Mainstreet Crossing on the SW corner of Highway 61 and 4th Street, near the UPS Store.  Mathnasium is an after school and Saturday tutoring center for kids.    Before 3:30 everyday we do not use the space, so we are interesting in sub-letting to someone looking for office space, or a space in which to hold meetings.  Our Center consists of a large 700 sf "classroom" space, with large tables and chairs, that could fit up to 50 people.  We also have several options for office space, depending on your needs.  Prices are dependent on your needs and frequency of use.   Contact
