The Shops at Blue Creek is a commercial strip mall located on five acres of land in Whitehouse, Ohio at the crossroads of Finzel and Weckerly Roads. The Shops are within walking distance of Anthony Wayne High School, close to downtown Whitehouse, and within a few miles of the new Rt. 24 bypass. The Whitehouse area had a 52% increase in population (the largest increase in Lucas County) in the last ten years and is a prime location for commercial retail space. Whitehouse retains that small town atmosphere and is considered, by both the upwardly mobile and families, a highly desirable place to live.

The Shops at Blue Creek are currently home to Subway, Champion Cleaners (a dry cleaner), On The Beach Tanning Salon, The Apothecary (a specialty drug store), The Card Box (card and gift shop), and Edward Jones (personalized financial services and investment company).

Currently we have two available spaces for lease plus a large warehouse which could be converted into additional retail space. (more detailed information on the available space to be added soon).
