Providing Solutions & Services To Over 550 Businesses & Organizations

Join Us For Our Monthly Lunch and Learn!

Thursday, October 22nd @11:45 a.m.-Stone Oak Country Club

This month’s speaker will be Roger Bostdorff, the President of B2B Sales Boost. Before starting B2B Sales Boost, Roger had over 30 years’ experience as an executive with IBM. He then became President and COO of a small internet security firm. Roger has experience in all aspects of business management, including: strategic planning, sales and marketing management, operations management, customer service, human resource development, project management, acquisitions, and training. He has extensive experience in working with key business executives to successfully identify and analyze business problems, define strategic solutions, and implement these solutions.

Roger will speak about "The Game plan for Building and Sustaining Family Business Success".

Working in a family business offers challenges other types of companies don’t face. This interactive Executive Briefing, for owners and top-level managers, focuses on the 5 step Closed Loop Process approach to business that will produce positive results in top line revenues and bottom line profits. The Game Plan for Building and Sustaining Business Success is an internal planning and management process. Many companies are actually doing some of the 5 steps. However, since this is an integrated process, unless successfully fulfilling each step your success diminishes. Practical tips and examples of how this approach can be utilized in daily operations will be given.
