About SWI

SWI (Smith-Woodland Inc.) is a family-founded construction company established in 1974 by William Clyde Smith and his son Jeffery Smith. The company gained recognition for delivering high-quality residential and commercial projects. After William’s retirement, Jeff became the sole owner and continued to uphold the company’s strong reputation.

In 2020, Jeff partnered with his sister, Lori Regester, an experienced builder with a background in custom home construction across Colorado. Her addition brought further expertise to the business. Together, they lead SWI with a focus on quality craftsmanship and client satisfaction, working to bring each client’s vision to life.
