Diamonds & Denim May 10th

This year’s Bistro, Diamonds and Denim, continues a local tradition to celebrate the mission of Family SOUP to empower parents with information, skills and emotional support to ensure that children with disabilities reach their potential and are included as valued members of the community.
Family SOUP also recognizes the need for quality activities for children with disabilities. With highly valued parent leadership Family SOUP is proud to sponsor these life changing activities for youth:

• Able Riders Therapeutic Horseback Riding
• iCan Bike – a 5-day summer “camp” to learn to bike independently
• Venture Crew 200 – an activity youth group for ages 14 and up
• Kobie’s Quest – a running and inclusion group directed by youth

Family SOUP serves Sutter, Yuba and Colusa counties and welcomes all parents, grandparents, caregivers and professionals to be a part of our warm and inviting mix – our “SOUP”! With your support we can keep our doors open to serve families with children of all ages from
birth to adulthood with counseling, newsletter, activities, support groups, disability and training information, and the gift of parent to parent support.
