Event Description

The Economic Education Committee meets on the 2nd Thursday of the month at 4:00 pm.
This committee works on the following:
  • Legislative Awareness
  • Business Development
  • Partners with Athens Area, Barrow, and Gwinnett Chambers of Commerce in the Georgia's Innovation Corridor Joint Development Authority.
  • Promotes a service trade marketing program which encourages Oconee Citizens to “Go Local”.
  • Existing Industry Coffee
