Event Description

Learning how to work with and manage difficult people at your job is a necessary skill. No matter where you work, you're likely to encounter colleagues/employees with different opinions, work methods and ideological practices than yours. This disconnect can occasionally lead to conflict at work. Working through this conflict can be difficult. Dealing with this requires both tact, strength, and patience. This workshop will help with understanding the best ways to work with those who work differently than you. We will discuss why some of your colleagues/employees may be difficult to work with and provide 8 strategies for working with difficult people. We will strive to present ideas to help keep your workplace a more positive and enjoyable environment. Elaine Hand, Owner of Innerview Inc., will discuss steps to help you effectively manage challenging relationships and ensure more understanding and success in your workplace.
