Presented by the Southern Illinois Recovery Network, Walk for Recovery is an annual event to celebrate the 23 million people living in successful recovery from substance use. and the organizations that support them.

This event will feature inspiring stories of hope, a unity walk and prayer, and a social hour.

Participating Organizations include:
Alexander/Pulaski County ROSC, Franklin/Williamson County ROSC, Healthy Communities Alliance, Jackson/Perry County ROSC, Johnson County ROSC, Massac County Drug Awareness Coalition, the Rural Health Opioid Response Team, SI SUPRT ROSC, Union County ROSC, Take Action Today, and other recovery-oriented organizations from around the region.

All registered participants will receive a free event t-shirt and ice cream voucher.
Registration is free with a recommended donation of $25.

Event schedule:
5:00pm - Registration begins
5:45pm - Speaker Ceremony begins featuring:
Judge Carey Gill
Recovery Leader Chris Dennis
Recovery Advocate Mark Sanders
6:30pm -Unity Walk to Marion City Square
6:50pm - Unity Prayer featuring John Steve
7:00pm - Social Hour featuring live music, light snacks, and ice
cream.
