Dr. Art Pimentel has over 18 years of experience in higher education serving the students of the Los Rios and Yuba Community College Districts. Art has also held several elected and regional leadership positions, including being elected the mayor of Woodland, California from 2008-2012. Art joined Folsom Lake College as College President in January 2023.
