EXHIBITOR GUIDELINES & INSTRUCTIONS
- Exhibitors are provided a 6’ table and two chairs. Table coverings are not provided.
- Exhibitors may set up their space on Monday morning from 7:00 AM to 8:00 AM
- Exhibitor table setup must be completed by 8:00 AM.
- Please unload supplies as quickly as possible to keep the flow of traffic moving.
- All exhibits must be contained in the space provided; NO ELECTRIC is provided.
- Exhibitors must not pack up and/or vacate their booth space until the expo ends at 10:00 AM – no exceptions.
- Exhibitors may not sublease or share their assigned space.
- Exhibitors must conduct all activities within their assigned space.
- A representative for the exhibitor must always be on duty during Expo hours. Volunteers will be available to assist.
- Nothing may block the walkway. This is to provide emergency access by the Police and Fire Rescue Departments. If additional space is needed, you must pay for a second space.
- No amplified sound will be permitted in spaces – music or voice – in consideration of exhibits nearby.
- Exhibitors are encouraged to provide giveaways and/or promotional items at their table.
- Your Chamber Team will be onsite throughout the event for your assistance.
