We are thrilled to invite you to our highly anticipated Springville-Mapleton Chamber of Commerce Battle of the Pizzas and Membership Event on Tuesday, November 12, 2024, right here in Springville. This promises to be an unforgettable afternoon filled with delicious flavors and fantastic networking opportunities!

This event will feature a tasting extravaganza where you can sample the finest pizzas from our local pizzerias.

Each pizzeria will showcase their signature pizzas, sliced into perfect portions for you to savor and enjoy. But that’s not all! This is also your chance to showcase your own business. We encourage you to bring promotional materials, business cards, or swag to share during the event.

Event Highlights:

  • Pizza Tasting & Voting: Cast your votes for your favorite pizzas in various exciting categories including:
    • "Don't Cut Off the Crust: Best Crust": Evaluating the perfect blend of texture, flavor, and originality in the crust.
    • "Easy as Pie, PIZZA PIE!: Most Memorable": This is the People's Choice Award for favorite pizza, chosen by the voters palate.
    • "That's a Spicy Meatball: Best Use of Spices": This category rewards the best spicy pizza packed with flavor.
    • "Most Unique Flavor": Honoring the pizza with the most outstanding sauce and flavors, whether classic tomato, a white sauce, or a bold pest.
    • "World Traveler: Overall Best for Presentation, Creativity, and Taste": Focusing on the visual appeal of the pizza, highlighting creativity in arrangement and style.
    • "Best Traditional Pizza": Recognizing the top classic-style pizza, this category celebrates the enduring favorites."
  • Engaging Speakers: We will hear from select speakers sharing insight about our chamber and how you can maximize your membership.
  • Mingle & Network: This is a fantastic opportunity to connect with fellow business owners, city employees, and potential new friends who might also want to explore what the Chamber has to offer.
