Join us for the 3rd Annual Many Hats Women's Conference! This year's theme is "Kindness Wins".

Our virtual keynote speaker is Stacey DelVecchio! Stacey has led an amazing career and continues to impact her world in retirement. Learn more about her below!

Look forward to interactive breakout sessions including "The Future Centenarian Club: Why not make a difference all the way to 100!", local panelists, and more!

Plan to leave with

  • Tips and ideas on new things you can try
  • Gifts, door prizes, and a few treats, and
  • Cheeks that hurt from smiling and laughing!

    When: Sunday, Feb 18, 2-5pm at the Adair County Fairgrounds 4H Building, Greenfield IA
    Who: Women of all ages, including high school and middle school girls
    Cost: $20 by Jan15, $25 by Feb 1. Early registration is encouraged!

NEW THIS YEAR: We are offering optional post-conference workshop time from 5:30-7pm. Build your dream board, work on goal setting, figure out a plan for new habits or things you want to try without the distraction of everything going on at home. Light soup supper will be provided. Cost is $10.

We are excited to share another afternoon together as we look to be inspired, and ignited, to go out and have a continued impact on our world! Kindness wins!

About our Keynote Speaker: Stacey DelVecchio has a B.S. in chemical engineering from the University of Cincinnati and is a past Society of Women Engineers President. After 30 years at Caterpillar, working primarily in engineering and manufacturing, she chose to retire. In retirement, Stacey does some consulting for additive manufacturing and chairs the Society of Manufacturing Engineers' Additive Manufacturing Leadership Committee. She remains active in the Society of Women Engineers and is a strong advocate for women around the world. Locally, Stacey is the Grant Advisor for Impact Central Illinois, a collective giving organization that has awarded over $1.2M to non-profits in the area in their first five years. She is a trustee of the Dunlap Illinois Public Library Board where she lives with Kerry, her husband of 34 years.
