March 5: Music & Drama. Listen to Exira-Elk Horn-Kimballton Speech students as they perform their poetry, prose, and expository addresses, and come hear live didgeridoo music and learn about the instrument's history!

April 2: Quilts & Storycloths. Hear from Robin Hoffman and Heather Smith from the Log Cabin Quilt Shop about the history of the quilt shop, how they got started with quilting, what projects they’ve been working on and plans for the new quilt shop transition and location.

May 7: Play with Preschoolers. Join us along with E-EHK’s preschoolers for an intergenerational morning of creative activities. It will be a time of different generations coming together, learning from one another, and forming new friendships!

June 4: MoDA's Ford Model A. The Model A Ford is a historic part of the development of the American motor car and of the American heritage. Nearly five million Model A Fords were built in just four years, from 1928 to 1931.  Willie Priaulx of the Central Iowa Model A Ford Club will present during this month's SPARK! program. MoDA's Model A Ford will also be on display for attendees to examine.

July 2: Breakfast with the Birds. Join Brandon Hardy, Audubon County Naturalist, as he shares insights into birds in our area, including an up-close view of several stuffed birds including a falcon, owl, kingfisher, and red-tail hawk to name a few.

August 6: Meet Lucy the Therapy Dog. Join owner, Vera Petersen, to learn all about Lucy’s journey and role as a therapy dog. Start your day off right - studies show that interactions with therapy dogs help improve ones’ overall mood and mental well-being!

September 3: Gourd Painting. Join Al Ashcraft as he demonstrates how to grow gourds and decorate them for fall.
