Event Description
Robbin's Landing is a new subdivision located between 27th and 29th Streets on the south side of Herrin Road. The new development will consist of 54 single family homes. Having lifetime ties to the area, J & I Builders is aware of the need for new construction homes that meet the requirements for first-time home buyers, retirees, and the workforce that keeps our community thriving. Homes will be offered as two or three bedroom models and each home will have a one car attached garage and off street parking on a private driveway. The homes will feature up to date modern style with interiors to match.
We will be hosting a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony on March 7th to celebrate the completion of the first home in Robbin's Landing. The open house event will be from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. and we will cut the ribbon at noon.
