This class is for you if you are interested in learning the ancient natural healing techniques for yourself or to help others in experiencing the benefits which may include a deep sense of relaxation, decreased anxiety, releasing pain, and an increase in general sense of well-being.
What is Reiki?
Reiki is a Japanese word meaning “universal life energy”. It is a gentle method of hands-on-healing that taps into the body’s natural energy. This technique is non-manipulative and works with or without touch, as preferred. Reiki techniques are used to assist in healing and enhance the levels of the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual states of being. It is often used to complement conventional therapy.
Reiki 1: This portion of the class includes the history of Reiki, intentional energy healing, emotional causes for physical disease, practical application methods, and the simple art of healing oneself and others.
Reiki 2: During the second portion, you will get a deeper understanding of the traditional Reiki symbols and their usage. Students will learn to share these healing principles, properties, and symbols during a Reiki exchange.
Students will receive a Certificate of Completion for Levels 1 & 2 at the end of class.
