Reasonable Suspicion Training for a CDL Supervisor is required by the Federal Regulations for companies that have drivers that are required to operate commercial motor vehicles that require a Commercial Drivers License. The course is designed to help supervisors understand how to deal with a driver who may be under the influence of alcohol and or drugs. The course will help supervisors understand the indicators of impairment and what is required, regarding drug and alcohol testing, if the supervisor has reasonable suspicion of impairment for a driver. This course satisfies the requirements under 49 CFR 382.603 and ensures compliance with Reasonable Suspicion Training.
