VFW10427 Auxiliary Hill Country Shoot Barbecue Cook Off - FUNDRAISER benefiting - our Local Veterans and Their Families, Veteran Programs and projects such as the Chad E. Ohlschlaeger Foundation for P.T.S.D., Care Packages for our Deployed Troops, Blue Star Mothers, Local High School Scholarships, and Local First Responder Awards.

- The afternoon of Friday 13th
- The start of Registrations and check-in's starting at 12 pm for cookers Vendors, and anyone who would like to sign up to be a judge.
- Vendors available throughout the afternoon, with live music starting at 6pm.
- The cooks meeting will also be that evening (time tbd).
- Saturday 14th
- The morning kicks off with any remaining registrations and check-in's.
- Vendors will be re-opening their spots.
- The first round of judges will start to gather for instructions.
- Turn in times to be given, when determined.
- Live auction starting promptly at 4 pm.
- Awards and payouts to follow.
