Details
ArtWorks DeLand gallery artist Stephanie Zing takes students on a unique creative journey as they learn to paint a captivating cityscape in primitive style art. Using bold lines, expressive forms, layering and vibrant colors, students will create a vibrant and energetic cityscape using acrylic paint, while learning techniques to capture the essence of their own version of city life, whether that is towering skyscrapers or a sleepy small town. Students will leave class with at least one painting and an appreciation for primitive style painting. No experience necessary. The class takes place on Wednesday, June 26, from 6 to 8 p.m., at ArtWorks DeLand, 111 West Indiana Avenue, DeLand, FL 32720.The cost is $35 per person and includes all supplies.
