August fitness walk is on the Mike Metz Fen trail at Pine Knob Park. The summer wildflowers should be a beautiful site to see!!
Meet outside the clubhouse to check in before walking the trail - at your own pace - there is no official end time.
You may walk more or less according to your personal fitness level.
Bring your family, friends, and/or bestie and enjoy their company during the walk -- or make a new friend!
The fen portion of the trail is in full sun - take personal precautions for sun and heat - and take a full bottle of water.
