About the instructor:

Joel Espinoza
Joel enjoys teaching in both English and Spanish. Joel has taught customized courses for healthcare professionals and customer service representatives, as well as UW-Milwaukee.

Joel has with 15+ years of experience in the Instructional Design and Corporate Training field across multiple countries and industries. Recently he trained staff from around the U.S. in the workforce and supply chain fields.
