The Arc North Florida and the Elks Lodge of Live Oak are hosting the 26th Annual Lawn Mower Race on September 21st from 11am until the races are finished.
The race will be held at Pro Arms (formerly John's Lawn Equipment). Teams will race on zero-turn mowers provided by Fueled Outdoors. 4-person teams will compete to be the first racer to finish the track, while competing various activities at sponsored Pit Stops along the way.
There are several sponsorship opportunities:
- PIT STOP SPONSOR: $300 (includes creating your own activity for racers to complete at your Pit Stop, a team of 4 racers in the event, and a volunteer at your Pit Stop).
- TRACK SPONSOR: $150 (includes a sign posted on the track and a team of 2 racers in the event).
- INDIVIDUAL RACER: $50 (includes a complimentary lunch).
Spectators are welcome to help cheer on racers! There will be fun games for the kids, aa 50/50 raffle and lots of refreshments. The Elks lodge will be firing up the grill for lunch. So, bring the whole family, come out to support a great cause and have some fun! All proceeds in the race will go to support individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities in our community.
