HOMESCHOOL RESOURCE FAIR/ MEET AND GREET
WHEN: Friday, August 9, 10 - 11:30 am
LOCATION: Riverfront Community Center, Leavenworth, KS.
Are you considering homeschooling? Or, are you perhaps just wondering what activities and programs are available locally? Come to the Homeschool Meet and Greet/ Resource Fair! Organizations and co-ops from Fort Leavenworth, City of Leavenworth, Lansing, Basehor, Easton, and KC will be in attendance with EDUCATIONAL, ENRICHMENT, and RECREATIONAL resources and programs available for the community. All are welcome to attend this event (no matter if you homeschool or not). This is a great opportunity to find out more information about these programs, activities, classes, and resources that are locally available to all.
* Volunteers needed (setting up/breaking down/serving)
**Children are welcome to attend alongside their parents but note, there are no children's activities planned, just an informational portion and a social opportunity to mingle and meet one another.
