Event Description
This is the ultimate beginners class with in depth, classroom style class on equipment, how to cast, and if time, fly choice. Then end with an hour or more time on the water. Don’t forget to bring a lunch! This program is roughly four hours long, not including actual fishing time. Participation in a Mueller fly fishing basics program or personal experience fly fishing is required. It is suggested that you bring your own rod to continue to hone your skills on the equipment you will use outside of the class. Rods are available if needed. You must pre register for this class by calling the Visitor Center at 719-687-2366. 15 spots available.
