Win cash and raffle prizes at our 2024 Golf Tournament while helping raise funds for the Chamber’s Youth Leadership and Scholarship programs. Teams will play a 4-person scramble format at Providence Golf Club,1518 Clubhouse Blvd., Davenport, FL 33837.

•  $500 Team includes: 4-person team (green fees, cart, awards luncheon & prize drawings, and business hole sign)
• $125 Single Entry: 1 player to be placed on team (includes green fees, cart, awards luncheon and prize drawings - subject to availability)
• $50 Golf Hole sign: displaying organization, individual or team name
