"Run for Hope, Walk for Change" 5K - by Hands of Hope America. Saturday, May 3, 2025 - Lake Louisa State Park, May 3, 2025 - 7:30 AM start; gates open at 5:00 AM for volunteers and 6:00 AM for participants - Lake Louisa State Park - Registration: $35 per adult (Free for kids under 12). Packet pickup will be available at our facility from April to or the parking area on race day. Packet Pick-up Address: 16605 Sunrise Lake Blvd, Suite 3, Clermont, FL 34714 - Park entry fee: $5 per vehicle.
A day filled with fun, community engagement, and a shared focus on important causes like mental health awareness, food insecurity, and homelessness.

Volunteers Needed:
Hands of Hope America is also seeking volunteers to help make this event a success. Volunteer roles include event setup, registration, managing water and snack stations, and traffic management.
Chamber Challenge:
This year, they are introducing a special Chamber Challenge to foster friendly competition among local businesses and organizations. Our Chamber Members are invited to form teams, lace up your running shoes, and compete for the title of "Fastest Chamber" and "Largest Chamber Participation." This challenge is a great way to encourage teamwork, promote wellness, and show your support for a vital cause in our community.
