Did you know that September is National Library Card Sign-Up Month? At the Scranton Memorial Library, it is one of our missions to ensure that EVERYONE in Madison has a library card. What can you do with your free library card? You can check out books of course, but you can also borrow a pizza oven, a beach bike, or a telescope from our Library of Things. You can download an ebook or audiobook from Libby, or borrow a museum pass to Mystic Aquarium or the Florence Griswold Museum. You could learn a new language with Transparent Language online, or place a hold on an item with our mobile library app. Stop by and register for a library card this month and you'll be entered into a drawing to win a prize. Let's get a library card for everyone in Madison!
