Event Description
Nevada Gold Mines has partnered with Zero Suicides Elko County to offer free suicide first-aid training to NGM employees and community members in Elko and surrounding areas. Through SafeTalk training, anyone in our community can learn how to reach out to someone thinking about suicide and get them to the right resources to help keep them safe. Classes are scheduled for September 10th and 24th from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. at the Nannini Administration Building in Elko (540 Court St.). Only thirty seats are available per class.
