Event Description
In her latest work, Come, Have Breakfast – Meditations on God and the Earth (Orbis Books, 2024), award-winning theologian and author Sr. Elizabeth A. Johnson, reflects deeply on Earth, on its beauty, suffering, mystery and its increasingly imperiled state, as God’s beloved creation.
The virtual book discussion will be facilitated by Mercy by the Sea Program Director Karin A. Nobile. The program is meant for all who love scripture, who seek to expand their understanding of the heart of God, and who care about Earth’s future. The conversation will be interactive; participants will be able to ask the author questions.
