Event Description
New York State Sheriffs will be on site to produce Safe Child Cards for any child brought in by a parent or guardian. The child must be present so fingerprints and photographs can be captured.

- The card contains the child's name, biographical information, photograph, and a fingerprint image of both index fingers.
- The whole process takes approximately ten minutes.
- In the event of a child's disappearance, the card will allow essential information to be disseminated within minutes and dramatically increase the possibility of bringing the child home.
