Event Description
Craft your very own custom felt hat! Using feathers, ribbons, fabrics and leather, participants will make unique and hand-painted or hand-burned hats. The basic hat is included in the price and supplies will be provided for each participant to use up to five items to decorate their creation. If additional items are desired, hat-makers may purchase more items or bring their own special additions. This class will be co-led by Valentine native Sherri Hartman Stokey and the Executive Director of North Platte's Prairie Arts Center, Holly Carlini.
